Refunds

You can cancel anytime, and your access runs through the end of the paid period. We do not issue pro-rated or partial refunds for the unused portion of a billing period.

How to Cancel

Cancel from the billing portal linked in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; you keep access until then.

Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error (a duplicate charge, a charge after you cancelled, or a renewal you did not expect), email support@getrosteriq.io within 30 days of the charge and we will investigate and refund any charge we made in error.
