Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using RosterIQ, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. RosterIQ is operated by RosterIQ LLC, an Illinois limited liability company. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time; if a change is material, we will notify you by email or an in-product notice before it takes effect, and your continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account or purchase a subscription. By using RosterIQ you represent that you meet this requirement and that any account information you provide is accurate. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
The Service
RosterIQ provides fantasy-sports roster intelligence: alerts, reports, and on-demand AI analysis based on the fantasy leagues you connect. The service evolves: we may add, change, or remove features over time. The service is for informational and entertainment purposes only. We make no guarantee that any recommendation, projection, or report will be accurate or will improve your fantasy results, and you should not treat any output as a promise of outcomes.
Third-Party Services and Trademarks
RosterIQ connects to fantasy platforms such as Fantrax, Yahoo, ESPN, and Sleeper at your direction, using the access you authorize, and builds on data and integrations from Baseball Savant, the MLB Stats API, nflverse, and MLB Trade Rumors. RosterIQ is an independent product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of these providers, Major League Baseball, the National Football League, or any professional sports league. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Your use of those platforms remains governed by their own terms, and you are responsible for having the right to connect the leagues and data you connect.
AI-Generated Content
Scout reports, trade evaluations, start/sit calls, game plans, and conversational answers are generated by artificial-intelligence models using your league data and public sports data. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date, and it is not betting, wagering, financial, or professional advice. RosterIQ is not a gambling operator and does not facilitate wagering. If you participate in paid contests or leagues, you are solely responsible for your decisions and for complying with the laws that apply to you.
AI Credits
AI-powered actions and follow-up questions consume credits from a monthly allotment that resets each billing month and varies by plan. The number of credits included with each plan, and the rate at which specific features consume them, are shown in the product and may change over time; if we materially reduce what a paid plan includes, we will notify you before your next renewal. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and unused credits do not roll over.
Auto-Renewal
Paid subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Your card is charged at the start of each renewal period unless cancelled beforehand.
Price Changes
We may change subscription pricing. Price changes never apply mid-period: we will notify you by email at least 30 days before a price change takes effect, and the new price applies only from your next renewal after that notice. If you do not agree with a price change, cancel before the renewal and you will not be charged the new price.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from the billing portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your access runs through the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds
Our refund terms are described in the Refund Policy at getrosteriq.io/refund. In short: cancel anytime, access runs through the end of the paid period, and we do not issue pro-rated or partial refunds for the unused portion of a billing period.
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the service. This includes attempting to access other users’ accounts or data, probing or circumventing security or usage limits (including credit metering), scraping or reselling the service or its output as a competing product, using the service to send spam, or interfering with its operation. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, and we may remove content or revoke access where reasonably necessary to protect the service or other users.
Intellectual Property
RosterIQ and its software, design, and content (excluding your league data) are owned by RosterIQ LLC. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service and the reports it generates for your own fantasy teams, including sharing individual reports through the sharing features we provide. You retain your rights in the data you connect, and you grant us the license needed to process it to run the service. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.
Termination
You can stop using RosterIQ and delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially violate these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service; if we terminate a paid subscription without cause, we will refund the unused portion of the period you paid for as the sole exception to the no-partial-refunds rule.
Disclaimer of Warranties
RosterIQ is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data (including third-party sports data) will be accurate or current.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RosterIQ LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or fantasy-contest losses, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you have paid us nothing. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Illinois.
General
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and RosterIQ LLC about the service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of the business.
